HO-scale Division - Construction Photos
On April 1, 2004, the Whatcom Skagit Model Railroad Club (WSMRRC, formerly the Bellingham Society of Model Engineers or BSME) moved into its new home at 1469 Silver Run Lane. Within a week, construction began on two new club layouts: a single-level HO-scale layout and a multi-level N-scale layout.
The following pages show the evolution of the HO-scale layout from April 15, 2004 through November 18, 2004.
