Work continued on the spline roadbed. Over half of the roadbed has been installed, including a portion that comes through the wall between the main layout room and the building's central hallway. The scene in this room will depict the railroad in the middle of winter, with a blanket of new fallen snow. 

Extensive progress was also made on the large staging yard. Almost all track was laid in the staging yard and members expect to be able to operate trains through the staging yard within the next week.
