The End of an Era
This 34-minute video takes you on a tour of the beautiful Bellingham Society of Model Engineers HO-scale layout in the final days before its demolition.
This wonderful keepsake video, available as either a VHS tape or DVD, shows you all of the fantastic features of what had been the largest scale model train layout in Washington state. Relive the thrill of seeing this scale model railroad in ways that you've never seen before. The video includes:
Panoramic views of the entire layout, as if taken from a helicopter following some of your favorite trains
On-board views from the engineer's perspective, filmed using our unique "train-cam"
Close-ups of all the amazing details that made the BSME layout truly unique
Live train sounds captured from the sound-equipped DCC-controlled locomotives
Unique early footage showing the original construction of the layout
